Packing List helps you plan your trips, collect your essentials and see what’s ready.

Restore lifetime Pro

Open Settings → Restore Purchases using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Pro is a one-time purchase with no subscription. Restoring Pro does not restore deleted packing lists.

Make room for another trip

The free version includes two active trips and the 77-item Holiday essentials checklist. Archive a completed trip from its More menu to free an active slot. Pro unlocks 21 extra trip templates, unlimited active trips and personal templates, trip duplication and custom categories. With Pro, open a template and choose Customise to save your own editable version. You can always edit items in an actual trip; changes never affect its original template.

Pack together

With Pro, open a trip’s More menu and choose Pack together. Use People and sharing to invite family and friends, manage access or stop sharing. Invitees join for free and need Packing List and an iCloud account. Keep the app open to receive updates, or pull to refresh. Offline changes are saved locally and sync after reconnecting. Different-item changes merge; simultaneous edits to the same field resolve consistently. Deleting an item wins over an edit to it.

Share a template

With Pro, open a template and choose Share template. Send the file by AirDrop, Messages or another app. Recipients can open it in Packing List or use Import template. Importing and using it is free; editing or re-sharing reusable templates needs Pro. Each person has a separate copy.

If a list will not save

Check your iPhone’s available storage and reopen the app. Check your device backup before deleting or reinstalling the app: reinstalling can remove locally saved lists.
